Been a While, 411 on My life as it is nowSorry, I haven't been on in a wicked long time. I've been busy with hell week (production week) for my show and then after that blew over I'm working on my college stuff for next year like housing and stuff. Speaking of which... after bitterly receiving my rejection letter from risd... I'm going to the School for the Museum of Fine Arts.
I would like to comment further about my upset with risd, but I'm a pretty humble person and I don't want to give anybody the wrong impression.
I'm happy where I'm going all the same. It's located right here in Boston which means I'm still in contact with friends, I'm close to my girl, and of course the SOX.
For the last 2 weeks or so I've been counting down the last days of school. Because I'm a senior, we get out on May 9th, whereas everyone else is released on June 18.
Why so early?
Seniors are required to complete a 3 week internship. I'm doing my internship with Harmonix. The guys who made guitar hero. I think I wont be able to talk to the masterminds, maybe once or twice. But if they like me, it'll be a good resource to get my foot in the door of the Video Game Business - 'cause I wanna be a concept artist and possibly art director.
Everything is going really really well. I'm happy, I'm almost out, things are good, people are good. Everything is just really good hahaha.
Currently I'm working on one portrait which will be done sometime before next thursday so anticipate pictures next week - latest next weekend. Its easily the best drawing I've ever done. So I'm excited for it.
Anyway, if you've gotten this far, thanks for reading. I'll try to do more of these as days go by.
But before I go, can anybody tell me what the trick behind getting page views hits? Hahah all my friends have over thousands. Is it just friending a bunch of people? Posting a lot of stuff often?
